Exhibit 2

RICHARD BENYON MP
16th February 2011

Dear Richard

Over the months, since you emailed the reply, attached, regarding the claims in the flyer above, I have made extensive enquiries among your Westminster colleagues, various political offices, seats of linguistic excellence, and – more usefully – some polymathic minds of my acquaintance. Not one is able to see truth in statements on the flyer, and not one can see how you arrived at the comments (in blue) that you made in annotation of my email. I am sure you are already aware that I am, similarly, unable to find the flyer’s assertions true.

In consequence of the above, I must ask you for a clear, detailed, explanation of each of your responses [three (3) in number] with direct reference to the flyer wording. I request this of you in the spirit of the Code of Conduct for MPs 1995 (below *). Please reply by the end of March 2011, as I am under at least one time-constraint and, in view of the gravity of this matter, need maximum opportunity to consult, and to take the right decision.

* “Members shall at all times conduct themselves in a manner which will tend to maintain and strengthen the public’s trust and confidence in the integrity of Parliament and never undertake any action which would bring the House of Commons, or its Members generally, into disrepute.”
