In thought and expression, I constantly differentiate between ‘Schooling’ and ‘Education.’ One is simply gathering together (now overlaid with regimentation, conformity, and identity-loss) while the other is enhancement of aptitude, facilitation of development, and confirmation of individuality. I maintain the latter is the ONLY way to a stable, benign society, with governance that KNOWS ITS BOUNDS and stays within them. Put that way, Britain’s malaise is stark.
